How it works

Welcome to Memoriya

Attachment theory tells you your type. Only your own record can tell you your pattern. Here’s how the four steps fit together.

1
Start by knowing your type

Take the free attachment quiz — five questions, about two minutes, no account needed.

You’ll land on one of three. None of them is the good one, and none of them is a diagnosis:

Secure
Anxious
Avoidant
A lens, not a label

Step 2

Add someone you’re seeing

Give each person their own private page. Nobody else can see it — not them, not anyone. It’s just a place for what you don’t want to forget.

Add as many people as you like. If one of them ever becomes something more, you can invite them into a space you build together — but that’s your call, later, and never required.

Step 3

Keep the record — including how it felt

After a date, write down what happened and how you left it. A line is enough. Memoriya keeps it, so you don’t have to.

This is the part no quiz can do for you. A dozen sites will hand you a label; none of them hold the record of who you actually dated, what you said yes to, and what you talked yourself out of.

Step 4

Then see what the months add up to

One date tells you almost nothing. A season of them tells you who you keep choosing, and what you keep putting up with.

The third time you’ve written “kept it light” about a different person, it stops reading like a coincidence. No scores, no streaks — just your own record, handed back to you.

A few gentle reminders
  • Start small and add more over time—there's no rush
  • Keep some things private until you're ready to share
  • Write it down while it’s fresh — how it felt counts as much as what happened
